Haiku by Ruby (sort of)

Misty morning

Gentle fog rises slowly

Over tranquil ponds

Airborne smells lead to mischief

Thanks a lot – thought I’d try something different as a respite from life’s chaos. not a poet usually by any means but it was so peaceful in the park today – Dalai Lama is in town so maybe that’s why…

Well, you did great and that’s indeed interesting. No wonder it’s so peaceful there then. I would have loved to be there. 😀

Thank you. A very basic attempt to try and convey the calm before the (usual) storm 🙂

Thank you. Although not as good as some of your poems! Quite hard to write only a few words!

Thanks – I’m not much of a poet but I think it conveys nicely the calm before the storm!

Reminds me of my old dog, Beau. They have such wonderful personalities.
