Twisted trees

Twisted angophora

Twisted angophora

Great walk today along the coast path with strangely shaped trees.  Called angophora or Sydney red gum they have incredibly twisted branches. Smelt pretty good too because they are also nesting places for possums.  Ever on the look out but didn’t manage to find any at all, just a bit of kangaroo poo which I ate…of course!

I know. It’s a special delicacy which isn’t found in my park. You have to go further afield but it’s worth it 🙂

Oh, Ruby. There you go again! Why didn’t you just focus on the twists and turns of these branches?
