Marathon swim
Went to support our friends running in the Sydney marathon today. Even at 8.30am it was hot, hot, hot so instead of jogging encouragingly next to them I went for a long swim instead. Much more sensible…

summer is here now – apparently will be the warmest on record. the new government has got rid of the climate change commission so we’ll never know how bad it’s going to get…

Participation in a sport much better than spectating any day and swimming is the BEST 😉 It gives you a good appetite too 😉
Too right – I love swimming in the lakes, the seas, the river – anywhere. Sadly we don’t have a pool but next week we’re on holiday at the beach and it will be fabbo:)
