And the sun came out…

After days of torrential rain the sun came out, we pottered round the well kept gardens of a historic house and sniffed some amazing, rare flowers. Though you might like this one, a bit rough around the edges like me.

      Thanks – think it’s some sort of iris but I was amazed when I saw the close up photo – came out well I think:)

        You are right, it is an Iris, but I’m not sure which one. Form the top it looks like it might be a bearded Iris but I can’t tell for sure. It is beautiful though.

      A rare treat to a lovely place and Ruby was extremely well behaved – minded her manners and was on her best behaviour. If only it was always like this…
